Sleep and mental health – working towards good health, how to sleep and reduce the risk of sleep disorders

Diet, food and mental health – How mental health for e.g depression can be supported through food and diet

Mental Health and Wellbeing training 6.0 hours or more

Scotland’s’ Mental health First Aid Course – Adult ( 12.00 hrs - A two day course to explore mental health illnesses and how to help someone in a crisis situation. Cost: between £75 and £125 per participant depending on the numbers in a course.

Mentally Healthy Workplaces course for Managers and Supervisors ( 6.50 hrs, a full day) Pre reading for 2 hours –- the course covers mental illness, legal and moral aspects and workplace support Cost: £145-£175 per participant Take : maximum 12

Motivational Interviewing ( 6.0 hours, 1 full day)- This course train staff to engage with patients, vulnerable staff in a collaborative and compassionate way to support mental health and wellbeing. Cost between £75 and £100 depending on numbers in the course, Maximum numbers 12

Understanding the legal role and Health and Safety in Mental Health (6 hours, or a full day)- Mental health, the legal, moral and ethical role of managers, HR and Occupational Health Advisers

Mental Health awareness training care home/nursing home staff - This course cover how care home staff can deal with mental health issues of residence.

Alcohol and Drugs training for HR staff and managers (3.50hrs). This session will enable employers and managers to create a greater awareness of alcohol and drugs their workplace and provide them with the knowledge and skills to deal with issues as they arise. Cost: £780 for the course, Maximum numbers 12.

Stress, Anxiety, Depression and Mental Health Improvement (3.50hrs) -Broadly cover how people with stress, anxiety and depression can develop coping skills and how they can be supported Cost: £780 for the course, Maximum numbers 16

Resilience development (3.50hrs) -Line Managers and Supervisors/co-workers attending this course will leave the workshop with increased knowledge of how to support and help build employee resilience. Cost: £780 for the course, Maximum numbers 16.

Positive Risk Taking in Mental Health ( 3.5 hours) – This course train staff to take positive and calculated risk to improve independence and wellbeing. Cost £780 , Maximum number 16

Mental Health Improvement training for parents, teachers and staff working with children and young people - Cost £780, maximum 16

Mental Health and Wellbeing and Substance Use training - 3.5 hours or more
